Class approval
stage

One of our usually done tasks is to prepare a Class Approval Stage documentation. Generally we prepare the whole package ourselves, including Ship Theory and Hull Scantling and Strength calculations, Hull Steel drawings, arrangements of hull outfit equipment, P&ID and arrangement drawings of the systems, calculations on ship vibrations, shaft line calculations and drawings, Electric, Radio, Navigation equipment drawings and Automation documents. On that stage we have sold during the years various tasks: To make tank testing in BSHC, to give COLL class of a tanker and many times FEA of some structures. 

Work usualy done: 3D preliminary modeling; steel hull calculations and drawings; system diagrams and P&ID drawings; electric diagrams; arrangement drawings; FEM analyses; all kind of classification documents, HVAC calculations and diagrams. All documentation related to ship theory: intact and damage stability; damage control plans; fire, safety and escapeway plans. Model tank testing: powering, maneuverability and seakeeping tests, propeller testing, etc. – provided by BSHC
