Preliminary stage

Hull form development, optimization, powering & maneuvering estimation, model test program establishment; preliminary scantlings, weight calculation, material prediction; arrangements and specifications, maker lists, electric balance calculation.

Class approval stage

3D preliminary modeling; steel hull calculations and drawings; system diagrams and P&ID drawings; electric diagrams; arrangement drawings; FEM analyses; all kind of classification documents, HVAC calculations and diagrams. All documentation related to ship theory: intact and damage stability; damage control plans; fire, safety and escapeway plans. Model tank testing: powering, maneuverability and seakeeping tests, propeller testing, etc. – provided by BSHC

Workshop Stage

3D modeling; steel construction drawings, hull form fairing, shell expansion, nesting, CNC files; isometric & spooling drawings, specifications, Equipment arrangement, HVAC drawings, coordination drawings, piping penetration, foundations; all kind of outfitting drawings; furniture and insulation schemes; electric installation diagrams and cabling specifications. Delivery specifications for the equipment supplied

Production support

Adjustment of the steel structures, piping, outfitting, HVAC, electric, etc. upon the changes in the equipment supplied. Docking drawings. Inclining test reports. Trial documentation

Project Management

Off-shore Platforms

The project consists of several small off-shore platforms, connected by means of covered bridges.

We designed two of them – CTP and PJM:

CTP – it is a platform for preparing of crude oil for transportation. It consists of two base blocks and upper platform
